My first experience in fine dining was a visit to your restaurant with my family to celebrate my mom’s big promotion when I was 11 years old. It was the best food I have ever eaten, and at that moment, I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I haven’t stopped perfecting my cooking skills ever since. When I saw the position of Executive Chef open up at High Cuisine, it was like my whole life had come full circle.
I started working in restaurants as soon as I was old enough to get hired at the age of 15. After graduation from high school, I attended The International Culinary Centre where I graduated in the top 5% of my class. I have trained with some of the top chefs in the New York area and got my first Executive Chef position in fine dining eight years ago at the age of 26. Each day I come to work, my passion and love of cooking grows. I strive every day to improve my craft and become the best chef that I can be.
